Yifan Xiong
Ph.D. student in Computer Science
I am Yifan Xiong, a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at UIUC, advised by Prof. Yiling Lou. I received my B.Eng. degree from Nanjing University, where I was fortunate to work with Prof. Lei Bu and Prof. Minxue Pan. I also had the opportunity to work with Prof. Lingming Zhang during Summer 2024.
My research interests lie broadly in Software Engineering, including Software Testing, Program Analysis, and Formal / Runtime Verification. I am particularly excited about how these foundations interact with modern LLMs and advanced Software Engineering Agents.
